Fadi Mansour - Analyst
Since moving to London, Fadi has been involved with numerous equality initiatives and strategies within TfL.
Working as part of the Group Equality & Inclusion team, Fadi focused mainly on assisting with the development of Equality Schemes, the main aim being to remove barriers to transport and employment for all of London's diverse communities. He then worked with the Corporate, London Underground and Surface Transport Delivery Managers in the development and implementation of the Schemes and subsequent Action Plans across the business.
Liaising with external stakeholders and all levels of senior management within TfL, Fadi has played a key role in organising numerous consultation events: Citizens Jury - Disability Equality Scheme, Expanding Horizons - Gender Equality and Age Positive Equality Scheme. Fadi has also assisted with the recently established TfL Staff Network Groups: BAME, Age, Women's, LGBT, Disability and Faith, taking on various responsibilities including event management, technical support and communications.
