Barry Smith - TWA Design Manager
Barry is a chartered civil structural engineer and highly experienced design manager. His expertise relates to major transport project planning, development and delivery. Recent projects include Crossrail, Thameslink 2000 and the Jubilee Line extension. Barry has been closely involved in a number of consultation programmes and projects requiring statutory consents. He is experienced in managing large, complex projects, integrated design teams and producing outputs that need to withstand the scrutiny of public inquiry or parliamentary committee.
